Mr. Thalabathi BR
- The founder of Aarudra Industrial Services, he brings extensive experience in NDT and related inspection activities, with strong exposure to critical equipment across the Cement and Mining industries.
- Extensive experience includes inspection of Kiln Shells, Ball Mill Shells, Chimneys, Stacker & Reclaimer Tyres, Support Rollers, Slide Rings, Trunnions, Bearings, Housings, Girth Gears, Pinion Gears and Shafts.
- He also brings experience from the Automotive industry, including inspection of excavator components such as Arms, Booms, Upper Frames, Lower Frames, Swing Platforms, Buckets and Bumpers for coal-body vehicles, along with specialized expertise in structural welding NDT.
- Extensive hands-on inspection experience across major cement manufacturing plants in India, with exposure to critical equipment, heavy engineering components, and plant maintenance and shutdown activities.
- Plays a key role in shaping Aarudra's strategic vision and cultivating a customer-centric culture, with a strong focus on client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
Mr. Aswin Kumar S
- Accomplished ASNT NDT Level III professional qualified in Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), and Visual Testing (VT).
- Extensive technical leadership in non-destructive testing, inspection methodologies, personnel qualification, training, and heavy engineering quality assurance.
- Active professional member of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) and the Indian Society for Non-Destructive Testing (ISNT).
- Valuable prior industry experience with KCP Heavy Engineering Unit and Flender Drives – Winergy, working across demanding heavy engineering applications.
- Multi-sector engineering experience encompassing Oil & Gas, Cement, Wind Energy, and Heavy Engineering.
- Hands-on expertise in the inspection of welded fabrications, heavy engineering components, precision machined parts, structural assemblies, and wind energy components.
- Drives technical governance, sound inspection practices, reliable NDT solutions, and uncompromising quality standards at AIS.
